R.O. Process
K-100 / K-014 / D-040
1. Install a High-Pressure air valve (vacuum breaker) on the membranes system (SKIDS) to release air when filling the system, prevent the collapse of the membranes when pressure decreases in the system reach negative pressure and prevent down surges in the system during a power outage.
2. Install a High-Pressure air valve K-100 (vacuum breaker) after the High-Pressure pump to release air and prevent down surges when sudden pump shut-off and pressure changes occur in the system.
3. Install a High-Pressure air valve K-100 (vacuum breaker) and a low pressure air valve (D-040) in the R.O. energy recovery system.
